The Auric Rod is a Stage 6 fishing rod obtained from Sunken Chests. It is extremely viable for money-making because of its 100% chance to give fish a mutation, with each catch guaranteed to have one of five valuable mutations.
- Guaranteed Mutations: Every fish caught receives one of five mutations (Aurous, Aurelian, Aureate, Aurulent, or Aureolin) with equal 20% chance for each
- High Value Multipliers: Mutations range from 1.5x to 3.5x sell value, making it excellent for earning money
- No Requirements: With no level or money requirement, players simply need to get lucky with Sunken Chests, making it extremely good for newer players

How to Obtain
The Auric Rod can be obtained very rarely from a Normal Sunken Chest at a 0.25% rate, and from a Mythic Sunken Chest at a 2.50% rate.
