Its passive provides a 35% chance to apply the Heavenly mutation, which grants a 6x value multiplier, significantly increasing the value of affected fish.
The rod's control results in a bar width of 50% during the reeling minigame (base 30% + 20% bonus).

The puzzle requires placing 4 energy crystals and activating 5 red buttons scattered around the map. The door to obtain the Heaven's Rod can be found at GPS coordinates 19986, 906, 5453.
There is no specific order to placing the energy crystals or pressing the buttons.
