Its passive abilities greatly enhance catch speed and mutation potential. The rod has a 35% chance to apply the Phantom mutation (4.5x value multiplier), along with a baseline +40% Progress Speed bonus. Once a fish reaches 70% progress, the rod's passive sets Progress Speed to an extreme +666% and Control to 0.7, enabling fast, precise finishes on high-difficulty catches.
The rod's control results in a bar width of 55% during the reeling minigame (base 30% + 25% bonus), which becomes 100% (effectively auto-complete) after reaching 70% progress with the 0.7 control boost.

Passage of Oaths: 2 Obelisks
- Found along the passage leading deeper into the lair

- Behind the elevator that leads to The Sanctum
The Sanctum: 5 Obelisks
- The final set of obelisks located in The Sanctum itself
Once all 15 obelisks are activated, the trapdoor in The Sanctum will open, revealing the merchant selling the Eidolon Rod. This puzzle requires thorough exploration of the Cultist Lair and its connected areas.
